Sewers Awesome!

So I was doing some thinking today… sewers are an awesome invention. Imagine we didn’t have sewers? We’d have to dig holes in the ground everytime we wanted to go for that long bathroom break. How inconvenient would that be? And what if you lived in the city? You would have to take a bus from your apartment to the park just to go to the bathroom. Hahaha. Can you imagine that? A thousand people in Central Park just squatting there….

In other news, I might only need two weeks of physical therapy! I went for the first time last Saturday and my therapist said my injury wasn’t too bad, so I should be healed and ready to go in two weeks! WOooHOOooo!

Rotator Cuff Tendonitis

Mmm… painkiller patches… FIVE painkiller patches… So basically, I was skiboarding at Mtn Creek and jumped off a hill, but I didn’t survey the landing area before, and that proved to be my downfall because it wasn’t flat but was ditch-like. The tips of my boards went into the ditch and my shoulder went full force into the snow. Fast-forward to today, and the doc said I have rotator cuff tendonitis (at least nothing is broken), but I have to go to physical therapy for 6 weeks. SIX WEEKSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Joke and stuff…

A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel attached to his codpiece. The bartender looks up and says, “Hey, did you know that there’s a steering wheel on your pants?”

The pirate replies, “Arrrr, it’s drivin’ me nuts.”

Hey, John and Eunice were in the newspaper (Newsday) today. They look happy, so congrats!

Dr. Norman Edelman, above center, dean of the School of Medicine at Stony Brook University, rejoices yesterday during “Match Day,” the day the medical students find out which residency programs have accepted them to continue their studies. Edelman’s joy is downright contagious and, for Cai Hyang, in photo right, and Eunice Park, acceptance is the best medicine of all.

And for the NY Giants next year, it’ll be Manning to Plax all day long. C’mon, just give us the title.

More than Enough

I was feeling a bit down today and it was probably from a combination of the growing dullness of work, my winter inactivity, and an unhealthy addiction to World of Warcraft. But while at work, Tomlin’s Enough popped up on the playlist.

All of You is more than enough for
All of me for every thirst and every need
You satisfy me with Your love
And all I have in You is more than enough

I have been drawing my strength from all the wrong places, but not anymore. It’s time for rejuvenation.

Dream Job or the Girl?

Just curious, would you rather have your dream job or dream girl/guy?

First, my dream job:
Pitcher for the NY Yankees who puts up godly stats: 1.72 ERA, 417K/26BB in 240IP.
Dream girl: Kristin Kreuk

I would go for the dream job over the dream girl. What about you?
